Madison B

Adventure Programming Director

Madison grew up exploring the canyons and cliffs of Northern New Mexico, fostering a deep appreciation for the joys of time spent outside. After graduating with a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and a B.S. in Psychology, Madison traveled around the Southwest and Western regions of the United States, developing her skill set and passion for rock climbing and all things adventure. During this time, she obtained a Wilderness First Responder Certification and an AMGA Single Pitch Instructor certification.

As a wilderness field guide, Madison experienced firsthand how the wilderness inspired introspection, catalyzed personal growth, and sparked curiosity for clients and staff alike. Madison then went on to work as a Mountaineering Instructor for the Colorado Outward Bound School and as an Environmental Science Educator for Nature Bridge Yosemite.

Madison appreciates the holistic nature of healing produced from immersion in healthy outdoor spaces coupled with physically engaging and mentally stimulating challenges (like rock climbing) that inherently teach valuable life skills. She continues to spend her off shifts water coloring in high places and adventuring in the high desert her heart calls home.
