Olivia W

Assistant Group Lead

Olivia was born and raised in the garden state of New Jersey where she developed her connection to the outdoors early on in life. Jumping at every opportunity to explore natural wonders and be barefoot in the mud, Olivia discovered her most authentic self when spending time in the wilderness. Olivia went on to attend the University of Vermont where she studied Anthropology and Religion. During her senior year at UVM, Olivia completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training which further developed her interest in the healing connection between mind, body, spirit, and surroundings. After graduating, Olivia continued to explore the green mountain state while working as a life skills aide and case manager for a company which assisted traumatic brain injury survivors in regaining their independence. Her favorite part of the job was engaging in adaptive sports such as sailing and kayaking with clients while witnessing the transformative power of getting out of one’s comfort zone. Olivia is excited to share her passion for personal growth and development through the unique challenges the wilderness has to offer.
