Ray W

Ray grew up in upstate New York backpacking and canoeing in the Adirondacks. He served in an AmeriCorps program where he managed volunteers in natural disaster response as well as in conservation work. This experience for him illustrated the power of the outdoors and serving others. He then studied outdoor education in university where he gained experience taking college students out climbing, kayaking, and skiing.

Recently, he spent a year and a half rock  guiding in Vietnam and kayak guiding in Scotland. At Elements Traverse, he is focusing his passion toward supporting people through their learning process in the outdoors.
